CalTireReport.com is a "one-stop site" created by TL & Associates to offer comprehensive assistance to public agencies, California-based tire recyclers, and those contemplating moving into the state.  We help waste tire companies and individuals navigate the maze of governmental, economic, and "tire flow" uncertainties to give them an edge in this highly competitive environment.

As president of TL & Associates and editor/publisher of the California Tire Report, Terry Leveille has been assisting the waste tire industry and public agencies since forming his company in 1994. Prior to reporting on tire issues and events and assisting clients, Terry worked in state and local government for over 15 years, including eight years as a press secretary and legislative aide in the State Senate, one year as a Chief of Staff to a member of the State Assembly and three years as an advisor to the California Integrated Waste Management Board (now CalRecycle), the agency overseeing the state's scrap tire industry and managing a multitude of tire programs.
