HOW WE CAN HELP

For the past seven years, TL & Associates has published the California Tire Report, alerting local governments, tire recyclers, and the waste tire industry to such things as waste tire facility permits, grants for tire recyclers or for the purchase of recycled products, newly-discovered tire piles, and legislation and regulations that deal with state tire programs.

We are also consultants, offering information, advice, regulatory assistance, waste tire flow reports, and grant writing assistance to private companies and individuals, as well as local governments--all of whom are eligible for a variety of financial assistance from the state.
