GRANT, CONTRACT, LOAN AND PERMIT ASSISTANCE

Grants for local governments are available for private sector technology and commercialization, and local government tire pile clean ups, tire storage enforcement activities, playground covers and running tracks, and tire amnesty days and public education. TL & Associates has written numerous successful grants.

For private businesses, TL & Associates can not only alert you to grant programs, but state contracts that are available. In addition, there are several loan programs for recycling-based enterprises. Deciding where to site a facility is extremely important, not only because of differences in waste tire availability, tip fees, and markets, but also because there can be economic advantages to locating in Enterprise Zones and/or Recycling Market Development Zones.

TL & Associates has professional expertise and experience in developing and writing tire recycling grant proposals and assisting with waste tire facility permits.
