GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS
As a former Chief of Staff in the California State Assembly and legislative aide in the California State Senate, Terry Leveille has helped a variety of associations and companies with their legislative and regulatory agendas. Of key importance is access to the primary administrative agency responsible for waste tire regulations and policy, the California Integrated Waste Management Board (now CalRecycle), where Terry served as an advisor and helped develop programs for tire recyclers.
He continues to have an excellent working relationship with CalRecycle officials and has helped companies set up meetings with Board Members and executive staff. Such face-to-face briefings often pay dividends when the department considers grants, contracts, and loans, or discusses policy and regulatory changes.
